Python Developer, AI Trainer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina.

📋 Description

• Design and execute multi-file coding projects that encompass bug fixes, feature enhancements, refactoring, and testing.

• Create clear natural-language specifications along with reference implementations.

• Develop and enhance unit and integration test suites.

• Assess peer-generated tasks for accuracy, clarity, and realism.

• Recognize edge cases, ambiguities, and potential failure points.

• Ensure consistency among specifications, code, and expected outputs.

⛳️ Requirements

• Advanced proficiency in written English at a professional level.

• 3–7 years of experience in professional software engineering.

• Strong skills in Python and JavaScript/TypeScript, with a working knowledge of Java, C#, or Go.

• Experience in backend or full-stack development within production environments.

• Familiarity with testing frameworks such as pytest, Jest, JUnit, xUnit, and Go testing.

• Demonstrated ability to debug and navigate extensive, multi-file codebases.

• Experience with code reviews, refactoring processes, and production migrations.
