PV Officer, Team Lead – Japanese Fluency Required

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Korea.

📋 Description

• Leads the team responsible for ICSR management for a designated project or set of projects in the role of Team Leader.

• Ensures proper distribution of tasks for assigned projects and teams while overseeing the workflow process.

• Guarantees and promotes activities that foster effective collaboration with clients in the realm of ICSR Management.

• Provides support for additional activities undertaken by the project team on behalf of both the client and the company.

• Directly manages assigned ICSR staff.

• Develops and maintains project-specific KPIs for contracted ICSR activities, which includes optimizing procedures, conducting trainings, and implementing other measures to enhance ICSR team efficiency.

• Suggests process modifications to the ICSR Operational Lead.

• Manages ICSR deviations with the support of the ICSR Operational Lead.

• Reviews trackers and timesheet data to ensure accuracy.

• Participates in ICSR processing and performs second quality control of cases.

• Acts as the designated Subject Matter Expert (SME) for the team and provides support to other SMEs.

⛳️ Requirements

• Degree in life sciences, pharmacy, nursing, or another healthcare-related field, or equivalent experience in pharmacovigilance.

• Significant experience in pharmacovigilance, including demonstrated experience in a line manager role.

• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.

• Strong organizational skills, with a keen attention to detail and the ability to multitask.

• Proficient in delegation skills.

• Strong planning and time management abilities.

• Technical proficiency.

• Ability to work effectively in a team.

• Fluency in both English and Japanese.
