PV Officer, Team Lead

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Leads the team responsible for ICSR management for a designated project or set of projects in the capacity of Team Leader.

• Ensures proper allocation of tasks for assigned projects and teams while overseeing the workflow processes.

• Guarantees effective collaboration with clients concerning ICSR Management activities.

• Provides assistance for additional activities carried out by the project team on behalf of both the client and the company.

• Directly manages the assigned ICSR staff.

• Develops and maintains project-specific KPIs for contracted ICSR activities, including the optimization of procedures, training, and other initiatives aimed at enhancing ICSR team performance.

• Suggests process modifications to the ICSR Operational Lead.

• Oversees ICSR deviations with support from the ICSR Operational Lead.

• Reviews trackers and timesheet data to ensure accuracy.

• Participates in ICSR processing and performs 2nd QC of cases.

• Acts as the designated team Subject Matter Expert (SME) and provides support to other SMEs.

⛳️ Requirements

• Graduate in life sciences, pharmacy, nursing, or another healthcare-related qualification, or possess relevant experience in pharmacovigilance.

• Significant experience in pharmacovigilance, including demonstrated experience in a line management role.

• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.

• Strong organizational skills, with a keen attention to detail and ability to multitask.

• Effective delegation abilities.

• Proficient in planning and time management.

• Technical proficiency.

• Ability to work collaboratively in a team setting.

• Fluency in both English and Japanese.
