PV Officer, Team Lead

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Korea.

📋 Description

• Oversees the team tasked with ICSR management for a specific project or set of projects as the Team Leader.

• Guarantees the appropriate allocation of responsibilities for designated projects and teams while supervising the workflow process.

• Ensures and promotes activities that foster effective collaboration with clients in the field of ICSR Management.

• Provides assistance for other initiatives carried out by the project team on behalf of both the client and the organization.

• Directly manages the assigned ICSR personnel.

• Develops and maintains project-specific KPIs for contracted ICSR activities, which includes refining procedures, conducting training, and implementing any other measures to enhance ICSR team productivity.

• Suggests process modifications to the ICSR Operational Lead.

• Handles ICSR deviations with support from the ICSR Operational Lead.

• Examines trackers and timesheet information to ensure precision.

• Participates in ICSR processing and second quality control of cases.

• Acts as the designated team Subject Matter Expert (SME) and provides support to other SMEs.

⛳️ Requirements

• Graduate in life sciences, pharmacy, nursing, or other healthcare-related qualifications or experience in pharmacovigilance.

• Extensive background in pharmacovigilance, including proven experience in a managerial role.

• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.

• Strong organizational abilities, with a focus on detail and the capacity to multitask.

• Skills in delegation.

• Proficiency in planning and time management.

• Technical competencies.

• Ability to work collaboratively within a team.

• Proficiency in English and Japanese.
