Purchasing Officer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Provide administrative support for offshore procurement, including purchasing, supplier coordination, catalogue maintenance, order tracking, and ensuring ISO compliance.

• Generate precise purchase orders, verify pricing, maintain supplier and catalogue information, assist with warehouse consumable ordering, track supplier delivery updates, and document supplier selection, performance evaluations, and contractor assessments.

• Guarantee accurate ordering, efficient supplier coordination, and prompt delivery of goods.

• Manage supplier website portal credentials and keep track of supplier portal updates.

• Support product ETA inquiries and oversee the order tracking inbox.

• Collaborate with warehouse teams for consumable ordering and update catalogue data.

⛳️ Requirements

• Prior experience in procurement within the AV or IT industry, purchasing administration, supply chain support, or a comparable role.

• Exceptional attention to detail and precision.

• Capability to validate pricing, supplier details, product codes, and catalogue information.

• Proficiency in using procurement systems, supplier portals, ERP systems, or catalogue management tools.

• Familiarity with D-Tools or equivalent project/product catalogue systems is a plus.

• Strong organizational and administrative capabilities.

• Aptitude for managing multiple requests and competing priorities effectively.

• Excellent written communication skills.

• Ability to engage professionally with suppliers and internal stakeholders.

• Understanding of purchase orders, quotes, invoices, supplier records, and delivery tracking processes.

• Knowledge of ISO compliance, audit documentation, supplier evaluation, or quality management systems is advantageous.
