This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Africa.
• Accurately and efficiently processing purchase orders
• Verifying supplier price lists to confirm appropriate pricing
• Coordinating with internal teams (e.g., hire coordinators) as necessary
• Engaging with suppliers via phone and email to discuss availability and order concerns
• Managing customer tickets and ensuring prompt responses
• Handling occasional incoming calls and directing them as needed
• Keeping precise records within the booking system
• Demonstrated experience in customer service
• Prior experience in purchasing or administrative roles
• Excellent organizational abilities
• Eagerness to learn and develop within the company
• Flexible working hours
