This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Chile.

📋 Description

• Oversee and monitor the processes related to imports, exports, and inventory acquisitions.

• Create the costing sheet organized by import folder and ensure proper document labeling for finance-related costing.

• Execute additional relevant tasks as assigned.

• Maintain the Comex Import Report in an up-to-date manner.

• Collaborate closely with freight forwarders regarding documentation, freight, and insurance quotations, ensuring that delivery commitments are fulfilled as per the end user's requirements.

• Manage import and export protocols, documentation, and logistics for international shipments, which include invoicing, inspections, certificates of origin, shipper instructions, document negotiations, flight details, and deliveries.

• Engage daily with the distribution center and supply chain management to assess the influence of inventory on order fulfillment and allocation.

• Address inquiries regarding the status of placed orders, open orders, and backorders on a daily basis to ensure that shipment deadlines are adhered to.

• Collaborate with business units to rectify order discrepancies, including product specifications, price variations, shipping details, credit holds, and more.


⛳️ Requirements

• Technical studies in Foreign Trade or a related field.

• At least 2 years of experience in comparable roles.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Intermediate level in Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

• Exceptional customer service skills.

• Strong communication abilities.

• Highly organized.

• Effective time management skills.

• Problem-solving capabilities.

• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

• Attention to detail.

• Adaptability to changing situations.

• Experience with ERP management.

• Proficient in English at an intermediate level.
