This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Strategic and operational procurement of components, electronics, mechanical parts, and services.

• Soliciting and assessing quotes while conducting negotiations on pricing and contracts.

• Selecting, qualifying, and overseeing suppliers both domestically and internationally.

• Ensuring adherence to delivery schedules, quality standards, and cost efficiency.

• Maintaining purchasing master data and aiding in the development of streamlined procurement processes.

• Collaborating closely with development/engineering, production, quality assurance, and logistics teams.

• Assisting in the implementation of framework agreements and call-off orders.

⛳️ Requirements

• Completed commercial or technical vocational training, preferably with additional qualifications in procurement or Supply Chain Management.

• Several years of experience in technical procurement, ideally within the electronics or mechanical engineering sectors.

• Proficient in business-level German and possess good written and verbal English skills.

• Strong negotiation capabilities and a confident approach when interacting with suppliers.

• Organized, independent, and solution-focused work style.

• Proficient user of ERP systems (e.g., SAP Business One, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar).
