This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.
• Identify, target, and secure new digital publisher partnerships throughout the US, focusing on regional news sources, content platforms, and performance-oriented digital media.
• Negotiate partnership agreements at various stakeholder levels, fostering robust business relationships, showcasing monetization strategies, and finalizing agreements that benefit all parties.
• Conduct discovery calls, in-the-moment meetings, and product showcases with potential publishing partners, employing diverse sales techniques to advance negotiations.
• Comprehend each publisher's monetization objectives and position MGID's native advertising solutions as a quantifiable revenue enhancement opportunity.
• Execute high-volume outreach campaigns utilizing HubSpot and other tools to build and oversee your pipeline from initial contact to finalized agreement.
• Monitor outreach activities, pipeline phases, and revenue forecasts in the CRM system.
• Work closely with the Publisher Success and Demand Sales teams throughout the entire partnership process, from initial engagement through onboarding and beyond.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in AdTech, emphasizing publisher growth, acquisition, or partnerships within the US market.
• Demonstrated proficiency in using HubSpot and executing high-volume outreach campaigns.
• Familiarity with HubSpot and outreach tools, including building sequences, managing pipelines, and monitoring funnel performance.
• Experience in reaching out to digital publishers and converting discussions into formal partnerships.
• Strong understanding of publisher requirements: monetization, engagement, user experience, insights, and below-the-article advertising strategies.
• Established network of US digital publishers and experience in negotiating intricate partnership agreements.
• Preferred: Background in programmatic advertising and native ad platforms.
• Proven history of meeting quotas or consistently achieving top performance in B2B sales.
• Knowledge of outreach sequencing tools beyond HubSpot is advantageous.
