This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom, +1 more country.
β’ Lead the acquisition and growth of publishers across live Amazon markets in the EMEA region.
β’ Identify, onboard, and enhance sub-networks, comparison shopping sites, media buyers, and content publishers.
β’ Develop prioritized target lists for publishers and sub-networks with customized outreach strategies.
β’ Negotiate partnership agreements that align with Amazon's business objectives.
β’ Analyze current EMEA publisher partnerships and devise plans for re-engagement or growth.
β’ Optimize product feeds, enhance conversion rates, and facilitate partner growth.
β’ Monitor the competitive landscape of EMEA affiliates/publishers and pinpoint opportunities.
β’ Oversee technical onboarding processes, including API integrations, tracking setups, and ensuring attribution accuracy.
β’ Resolve tracking and integration challenges with partners and escalate engineering issues as needed.
β’ Maintain technical documentation for partner self-service use.
β’ Track and report on GMV, conversion rates, and activation status across the EMEA portfolio.
β’ Identify trends and insights to effectively prioritize time and resources.
β’ Collaborate with the Creator team on messaging strategies and territorial approaches.
β’ Relay partner feedback to the Product team to inform the product roadmap.
β’ Report directly to the VP of Marketplace.
β’ 5-7 years of experience in affiliate marketing, partnership development, or business development, with direct experience in sub-networks, comparison shopping sites, or similar publisher types required.
β’ Practical experience with API integrations and a solid understanding of affiliate attribution and tracking technologies.
β’ Ability to troubleshoot technical integration issues independently, without the need for a dedicated engineer on the call.
β’ Familiarity with affiliate platform technologies (Impact, CJ, AWIN, or similar) and comfort with reading technical documentation.
β’ Strong negotiation abilities.
β’ Self-motivated, comfortable with ambiguity, and entrepreneurial in nature β this role will create many of its own processes rather than adhering to an established playbook.
β’ Based in the UK or Netherlands.
β’ Fluent in English is required.
