This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Assist in the planning and execution of executive engagements with senior leaders from police, defence, and government agencies on an international scale.
• Prepare and organize briefing materials, conduct background research, create stakeholder profiles, and assemble meeting documentation.
• Keep precise records of executive engagements, documenting stakeholder contacts, engagement histories, and established next steps.
• Collaborate internally with regional sales leaders, consultants, and cross-functional teams to achieve engagement goals.
• Aid in the organization and facilitation of executive roundtables, forums, and high-level meetings, including logistics, agenda creation, and participant coordination.
• Monitor engagement outcomes and action items, ensuring timely follow-up and visibility within the organization.
• Support the coordination and management of external advisors and consultants according to approved engagement plans.
• Represent Axon at selected meetings or events as assigned, ensuring alignment with established messaging and objectives.
• Stay updated on key public safety, regulatory, and market developments to enhance engagement preparation and situational awareness.
• Contribute to internal reporting, summaries, and insights regarding executive engagement activities.
• A minimum of 5 years’ experience in executive engagement support, government relations, program coordination, or managing senior stakeholders.
• Experience with police, defence, government, or public sector organizations is highly preferred.
• Exceptional organizational and coordination capabilities, with the ability to handle multiple priorities effectively.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to prepare briefing materials professionally.
• High degree of discretion and professionalism while interacting with senior leaders and handling sensitive information.
• Ability to work effectively across different regions, cultures, and time zones.
• A proactive, dependable, and detail-oriented approach to work.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and standard collaboration tools.
• Willingness to travel internationally as needed, usually up to 40–50% of the time.
