Public Health Program Manager – Online Facilitation

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Offer subject matter expertise to a cohort of 25-30 undergraduate online learners.

• Assist students with academic writing, research skills, and effective time management.

• Facilitate one-on-one sessions to resolve doubts, provide academic guidance, and review assessment drafts.

• Direct students to pertinent reference materials.

• Evaluate assessments and deliver comprehensive feedback.

• Oversee discussion forums.

• Deliver proactive, timely, and personalized support for student inquiries and concerns.

• Engage with students promptly through email, phone calls, and online sessions.

• Support a diverse international student body in Masters-level public health programs.

• Utilize expertise in public health program management, encompassing planning, implementation, monitoring, and evaluation.

• Assist students in applying systems thinking, health equity, and human rights principles to public health projects.

• Formulate evidence-based strategies to address population health challenges and enhance health outcomes.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of corporate and/or teaching experience in relevant sectors.

• PG/Doctoral degree with distinction or first-class honors from a prestigious university in India as specified in the profile.

• Preferred formal teaching experience at a university or college level.

• Strong understanding of public health program management.

• Expertise in planning, executing, monitoring, and evaluating health programs and projects.

• Familiarity with systems thinking, health equity, human rights in public health, and population health.

• Proficient in English with exceptional oral and written communication skills.

• An empathetic, ambitious, warm, and outgoing personality; open to working with individuals from diverse cultures.

• A working laptop is required.

• A stable high-speed internet connection above 10 MBPS is necessary.

• Capability to quickly learn and utilize technology platforms, including the host university’s LMS and LINCtrac.

• Availability from 12 pm to 6 pm IST every day of the week.

• Must have independent contractor status.
