PT Chaplain

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Virginia.

📋 Description

• Acts as a messenger and representative of faith, mission, and purpose.

• Engages with companies, their workforce, and the surrounding community.

• Conducts regular brief visits to company worksites.

• Offers pastoral discussions for employees and their immediate family members.

• Aids in the planning, conducting, or attending of funerals.

• Collaborates with companies to deliver notifications of death.

• Provides post-termination support for laid-off or terminated employees.

• Participates in the orientation of new employees to explain the Employee Care Service.

• Proficient listening and interaction skills with clients, employees, and their families.

• Spiritual maturity and dedication to a Christian lifestyle.

• Proven ability to engage professionally with diverse groups.

• Exceptional oral and written communication abilities.

• Demonstrated capability in analyzing information to identify and address problems or objectives.

• Proficient in computer skills, including Google Suites, Microsoft Office, or equivalent software.

• Must possess a valid state driver’s license and meet state minimum auto insurance requirements.
