• The Psychotherapy Supervisor delivers clinical social work services utilizing comprehensive psychotherapy treatment modalities for patients primarily through a telehealth platform.
• The Supervisor is responsible for maintaining an average weekly patient load.
• Leading a supportive and collaborative weekly supervision group of psychotherapists to provide mentorship, co-sign when necessary, offer training, and oversee performance.
• Participate in bi-monthly meetings to give feedback on the performance of supervisees and to receive continuous supervision and support.
• Collaborate closely with clinical leadership to enhance training programs, resource development, and provide feedback as available.
• Valid New York State License (LCSW)
• Certifications in specialized modalities (e.g., CBT, DBT, EMDR) are advantageous.
• Master's degree in Social Work or a related field such as Mental Health Counseling, Counseling Psychology, or Clinical Psychology.
• A minimum of five (5) years of psychotherapy experience working with a diverse array of modalities and patient populations.
• At least one (1) year of experience in a Clinical Supervisor role.
• Experience utilizing psychotherapy modalities for individuals, couples, or other specialized patient groups is preferred.
• Background in working with patients in an outpatient environment.
• Ability to confidently and efficiently document during patient sessions.
• Capable of effectively supporting a remote-first team with active participation and positive outcomes.
• Experience in providing life skills support and coaching.
• Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) software.
• Knowledge of crisis management techniques.
• Proficient in conducting intake evaluations, DSM diagnosis, and formulating treatment plans.
• Competent in behavioral therapy management and stress management strategies.
• Strong ability to work within a multidisciplinary team.
• Proficient in the use of various technology platforms and systems (Google Suite, company-wide platforms/software, and applicable EHR platforms).
• Intermediate computer skills and technical aptitude are required.
• Three weeks of front-loaded paid time off (PTO) plus milestone increases.
