Psychotherapist, LCSW/LMHC – Part-Time

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• Deliver virtual-first psychosocial evaluations and psychotherapy to individuals experiencing serious mental health conditions.

• Encourage patient involvement and ensure follow-up care.

• Offer audio-only follow-up sessions in case of technical difficulties.

• Record treatment responses and track clinical symptoms.

• Provide assistance and advocacy for caregivers and family members of patients with dementia and severe mental illness.

• Lead and facilitate support groups and group therapy sessions.

⛳️ Requirements

• Hold an active and unrestricted license in Florida as either a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC).

• Possess experience in screening for prevalent mental health and/or substance use disorders.

• Have a background in assessment and treatment planning for common mental health and/or substance use disorders.

• Demonstrated experience providing psychotherapy through telehealth.

• Be comfortable working in a startup setting with a rapidly expanding and evolving team.

• Ability to engage with patients through telehealth platforms and telephone.

• Bilingual proficiency (Spanish-English and/or Haitian-Creole/English) is preferred.
