Psychologist – Veteran Affairs Disability Evaluations

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Efficiently complete and submit all necessary documentation within 48 hours and in the required format.

• Reliability and dependability are crucial to ensure that veteran appointments are carried out successfully, and documentation is submitted on time, as veterans’ benefits and care rely on these actions.

• Excellent time management skills and the ability to effectively sift through and identify pertinent information are required.

• Weekly availability must be provided, along with reporting of appointment completions and no-shows to the lead scheduler at the end of each shift.

• Deliver outstanding customer service.

⛳️ Requirements

• A PsyD or PhD from an APA-accredited doctoral program with a focus on clinical or forensic psychology or counseling is necessary.

• A valid and unrestricted license to practice as an independent psychologist is required in any State, District of Columbia, or U.S. territory or possession.

• Experience with conducting VA Disability Questionnaires is preferred; applicants with experience in disability and/or forensic evaluations will also be considered.

• Must be comfortable working independently with minimal supervision.

• Ability to provide at least 5 hours of availability on a consistent basis is essential.

• Proficient in one or more Electronic Health Records systems.

• Familiarity with Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Teams) is required.

• Must be a U.S. citizen and reside within the United States.

• PsyPact certification is preferred.
