Psychologist – Triage Team

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Conduct individual psychological screening sessions for new patients.

• Administer the DASS-21 assessment tool.

• Greet, comprehend, and evaluate patients' concerns, requirements, and options.

• Refer patients to the most suitable psychologists and/or therapeutic methodologies.

• Ensure the first appointment occurs, facilitating an effective care journey and coordinating between the patient and psychologist as needed.

• Maintain patient records, spreadsheets, and the area's control systems.

• Reassign patients when those currently in treatment request a change in professional.

⛳️ Requirements

• Valid CRP (Brazilian psychologist registration/license).

• Degree in Psychology.

• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.

• Skills in active listening, empathy, and a friendly demeanor.

• Organized, responsible, and punctual.

• Commitment to ethical practice and quality of care.

• Must reside in São Paulo or Rio de Janeiro.

• Availability to work Monday to Friday from 12:00 to 21:00, and Saturday from 08:00 to 12:00.
