This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Lead virtual intensive outpatient program (IOP) groups for adolescents (4 afternoons per week, from 3:30 PM to 6:30 PM) utilizing evidence-based and developmentally appropriate methods.
• Conduct individual therapy sessions for adolescent clients through telehealth.
• Facilitate 1 to 2 family therapy sessions per month (via telehealth), focusing on enhancing attachment, communication, and promoting systemic change.
• Collaborate with psychiatry and the multidisciplinary team to ensure integrated care.
• Complete clinical documentation in a timely manner while adhering to telehealth and ethical standards.
• Foster a culture of compassion, accountability, and clinical excellence within the team.
• Possession of a doctoral degree in Psychology (PhD or PsyD) from an APA-accredited or equivalent program.
• An active, unrestricted psychologist license in a U.S. state or jurisdiction is required.
• Eligibility for PSYPACT is essential: candidates must either hold an active PSYPACT Authorization to Practice Interjurisdictional Telepsychology (APIT) or be eligible and willing to obtain it promptly.
• Experience in providing psychotherapy to adolescents is preferred, whether in group or individual settings.
• Demonstrated strong clinical judgment in telehealth settings, along with effective risk assessment skills and documentation practices.
