This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ Analyze and annotate clinical interactions for the purpose of AI training and evaluation.
β’ Provide expert insights on psychotherapy and clinical assessment datasets.
β’ Create and enhance scenarios for psychological testing within AI models.
β’ Collaborate with engineers and researchers to improve AI's clinical reasoning capabilities.
β’ Utilize cognitive behavioral therapy frameworks to inform AI responses.
β’ Ensure adherence to ethical standards and psychological best practices.
β’ Facilitate the continuous improvement of AI through research-driven methodologies.
β’ Doctorate (PhD or PsyD) in Psychology is required.
β’ Outstanding written and verbal communication abilities, coupled with a passion for clear and compassionate expression.
β’ Excellent attention to detail and a strong commitment to maintaining data integrity.
β’ Capability to work independently in a remote, dynamic setting.
β’ Profound understanding of best practices in psychological care.
β’ Bilingual proficiency: Must have business-level fluency in English along with at least one additional language from the following options: Portuguese, German, Japanese, Persian (Farsi), Polish, Korean, Dutch, Russian, Turkish, French, Arabic, Italian, Indonesian, or Chinese (Mandarin & Cantonese).
