This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Analyze and annotate clinical interactions for the purpose of AI training and evaluation.

• Provide expert insights on psychotherapy and clinical assessment datasets.

• Create and enhance scenarios for psychological testing within AI models.

• Collaborate with engineers and researchers to improve AI's clinical reasoning capabilities.

• Utilize cognitive behavioral therapy frameworks to inform AI responses.

• Ensure adherence to ethical standards and psychological best practices.

• Facilitate the continuous improvement of AI through research-driven methodologies.

⛳️ Requirements

• Doctorate (PhD or PsyD) in Psychology is required.

• Outstanding written and verbal communication abilities, coupled with a passion for clear and compassionate expression.

• Excellent attention to detail and a strong commitment to maintaining data integrity.

• Capability to work independently in a remote, dynamic setting.

• Profound understanding of best practices in psychological care.

• Bilingual proficiency: Must have business-level fluency in English along with at least one additional language from the following options: Portuguese, German, Japanese, Persian (Farsi), Polish, Korean, Dutch, Russian, Turkish, French, Arabic, Italian, Indonesian, or Chinese (Mandarin & Cantonese).
