Psychologist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Offer psychological counseling to employees via telephone and chat, addressing a diverse range of topics related to work, relationships, family, social issues, health, and more.

• Conduct initial support calls following traumatic incidents.

• Provide telephone consultations to managers on various leadership challenges, including managing employees facing mental health issues and dealing with substance use in the workplace.

• Facilitate workshops and training sessions for both employees and managers.

⛳️ Requirements

• Master’s degree in Psychology.

• Experience in psychological counseling, preferably with a solution-focused approach.

• Proficient in German at a native level; excellent command of spoken and written English; French language skills are an advantage.

• Confident in utilizing various digital communication and collaboration tools such as Google Workspace, Slack, Salesforce, etc.
