Psychologist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Norway.

📋 Description

• Deliver personalized telehealth or on-site mental health support for clients of Intellect.

• Manage a variety of clinical cases, encompassing depression, anxiety, trauma, schizophrenia, eating disorders, addiction, and more.

• Collaborate with our internal clinical team to enhance the platform and client programs.

⛳️ Requirements

• Qualifications:

• Counsellor: A minimum of a Master's Degree in Counselling or Counselling Psychology, along with at least 300 hours of counselling experience after qualification, including practicum, placement, or internship.

• Clinical Psychologist: A minimum of a Master's Degree in Clinical Psychology, with at least 300 hours of clinical or therapy experience following qualification, including practicum, placement, or internship.

• Expertise: Proficient in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy or other evidence-based methodologies (e.g., Motivational Interviewing, DBT, SFBT).

• License: Must possess valid and active licenses relevant to the country of practice.

• Experience: At least 300 clinical hours completed after obtaining a master’s degree.

• Languages: Fluency in English and the local language.

• Preferred Background: Previous experience with Employee Assistance Programs (EAP), adult counseling, or coaching in managerial roles.
