This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Create clinically authentic prompts and case scenarios reflective of your psychiatry expertise, encompassing diagnostic formulation, medication management, psychotherapy, risk assessment, capacity evaluation, and intricate clinical decision-making.
• Assess AI-generated responses utilizing structured rubrics to ensure accuracy, safety, completeness, and sound clinical judgment.
• Recognize subtle edge cases, difficult differential diagnoses, and typical model failure modes to enhance AI reasoning capabilities.
• Work alongside researchers at a premier AI laboratory to elevate the effectiveness and dependability of healthcare AI systems.
• Deliver comprehensive written feedback that guides future model training and assessment.
• Engage in onboarding, calibration sessions, and continuous quality evaluations.
• MD, DO, or an equivalent medical degree recognized internationally.
• Successful completion of an accredited psychiatry residency (ACGME, AOA, or an equivalent recognized internationally).
• Current board certification in Psychiatry (ABPN, FRCPC, MRCPsych, FRANZCP, or an equivalent recognized nationally).
• Possession of a current, active, unrestricted medical license with no suspensions, revocations, or ongoing disciplinary actions.
• Minimum of 3 years of independent clinical practice following residency (excluding training years), either currently practicing or having done so within the last two years.
• Experience in an accredited or government-licensed healthcare environment, such as hospitals, academic medical centers, community mental health clinics, private practice, or telepsychiatry.
• Currently providing a minimum of 10 hours of direct patient care each week.
• Advanced proficiency in Addiction Psychiatry, Child & Adolescent Psychiatry, Consultation-Liaison Psychiatry, Forensic Psychiatry, Geriatric Psychiatry, or any other recognized psychiatry subspecialty, either through fellowship training, subspecialty board certification, or at least two years of concentrated clinical practice.
• Experience in developing or evaluating Objective Structured Clinical Examinations (OSCEs).
