This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Conduct psychiatric assessments and ongoing medication management for patients aged 5 and older.
• Create tailored, evidence-based treatment plans that align with the individual needs and objectives of patients.
• Prescribe and oversee psychotropic medications, assessing their effectiveness and monitoring for potential side effects.
• Diagnose and address co-occurring behavioral health and substance use disorders.
• Work in collaboration with primary care providers, therapists, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care.
• Maintain prompt and precise documentation within partner-site electronic health record systems.
• Provide care via telehealth while fostering trusted relationships with patients and care teams.
• Contribute to the development of innovative behavioral health programs.
• Operate with meaningful clinical autonomy alongside behavioral health providers, primary care teams, and operational partners.
• Current Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner license in Texas is mandatory.
• Active DEA registration is required.
• Minimum of three years of clinical experience, ideally in community-based behavioral health settings.
• Experience in managing psychiatric medication is essential.
• Capability to independently handle complex cases using strong clinical judgment.
• Dedication to full-time practice is expected.
• Excellent communication and interdisciplinary collaboration skills are necessary.
• Familiarity with telehealth platforms and digital clinical tools is important.
• Base salary ranging from $127,500 to $130,000, along with quarterly incentive compensation.
• No requirements for nights, weekends, or on-call duties.
