This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Tennessee.
• Perform psychiatric assessments and deliver ongoing medication management for patients aged 5 and older.
• Create tailored, evidence-based treatment plans that align with the individual needs and aspirations of each patient.
• Prescribe and oversee the use of psychotropic medications, ensuring their effectiveness and monitoring for potential side effects.
• Identify and treat co-occurring behavioral health and substance use disorders.
• Collaborate effectively with primary care providers, therapists, and multidisciplinary care teams.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation within the electronic health record systems of partner sites.
• Provide care through telehealth, fostering trusted relationships with patients and care teams.
• Engage in the enhancement of behavioral health programs that adapt to the evolving needs of the communities served.
• Valid Tennessee PMHNP license (mandatory).
• Current DEA registration.
• Minimum of three years of clinical experience.
• Experience in community-based behavioral health settings.
• Proficient in psychiatric medication management.
• Capability to independently handle complex cases utilizing strong clinical judgment.
• Experience in treating patients throughout their lifespan.
• Dedication to full-time practice.
• Excellent communication and interdisciplinary collaboration abilities.
• Comfortable using telehealth platforms and digital clinical tools.
