This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Perform initial assessments and collaboratively create treatment plans with clients for medication, therapy, or a combination of both.
• Consistently follow up with clients at least monthly to evaluate the effectiveness of recommended interventions and provide ongoing care until treatment objectives are met.
• Deliver care to Spanish-speaking clients, ensuring culturally sensitive communication and treatment.
• Master of Science in Nursing (MSN).
• Valid California Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner License.
• ANCC Board Certification.
• Over 2 years of experience in adult mental health.
• Strong skills in assessment.
• Exceptional communication and documentation skills.
• Driven, client-focused work ethic.
• Must possess a personal computer and a quiet, professional environment to conduct tele-psychiatry sessions.
• Proficiency in both English and Spanish (Required).
