Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner – Part-time

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Washington.

📋 Description

• Perform 60-minute psychiatric evaluations and 30-minute follow-up appointments remotely.

• Prescribe and oversee psychiatric medications, including controlled substances, in compliance with state and federal regulations.

• Integrate brief psychotherapy when clinically suitable.

• Collaborate with physicians and clinical leadership for support, escalation, and ongoing education.

• Work alongside therapists and other providers through integrated care plans, shared treatment insights, and team consultation sessions.

• Utilize data-informed tools and measurement-based care to customize treatment plans and enhance outcomes.

• Develop a caseload and provide outstanding mental health care.

• Collaborate with team members to refine workflows and care protocols.

• Contribute to the psychiatry program, services, and systems.

⛳️ Requirements

• Board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC).

• Licensed to practice as a PMHNP in Washington.

• Active DEA license in Washington.

• More than 2 years of experience delivering mental health services as a PMHNP.

• Experience in providing remote telepsychiatry services.

• Willingness to obtain additional state licenses.

• Commitment to high-quality, measurement-based, collaborative care.

• Availability to start in mid-August 2026.
