Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner – AZ Virtual

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona.

📋 Description

• Provide exceptional, evidence-based mental health services to adults and elderly patients.

• Perform comprehensive 90-minute psychiatric diagnostic assessments utilizing Measurement-Based Care.

• Identify and diagnose complex psychiatric disorders.

• Begin and oversee psychopharmacological stabilization.

• Create personalized treatment strategies for each patient.

• Manage psychiatric conditions through psychopharmacology, psychotherapy, and non-pharmacological methods.

• Keep an active schedule for intake and follow-up appointments.

• Employ measurement-based care instruments.

• Recognize patients suitable for interventional psychiatry, including TMS/SAINT and Spravato, and initiate necessary referrals.

• Ensure accurate medical documentation in accordance with clinic policies and regulations.

• Collaborate in real-time with Care Coordination and the clinical team.

• Accept constructive feedback, enhance care, and participate in clinical consultations.

⛳️ Requirements

• Master's or Doctoral degree in Nursing.

• Board certification as a PMHNP from the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC).

• Valid DEA registration.

• Current BLS certification.

• Active and unrestricted NP license and NP furnishing number in Arizona.

• Preferred familiarity with Measurement-Based Care tools and interventional psychiatry techniques (TMS, esketamine/Spravato, accelerated neurostimulation).

• Capability to excel in a fast-paced, high-volume intake setting with dynamic scheduling and intricate care coordination workflows.

• Legal eligibility to work in the United States.

• Must verify that there is no current or future requirement for sponsorship.
