This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Oklahoma.
• Deliver thorough and holistic psychiatric care to perinatal, perimenopausal, and menopausal patients through a completely remote telehealth model.
• Operate within a care framework that emphasizes clinical excellence and collaboration with the client’s Seven Starling therapist.
• This role is structured as a 1099 contract, with an expected workload of approximately 5-10 hours per week.
• Perform 60-minute intake sessions and 20-30 minute follow-up appointments, utilizing your clinical judgment to decide the appropriate duration for each session.
• Adapt and flourish in a startup environment, contributing to the development of workflows and best practices.
• A valid Board Certified PMHNP license in Oklahoma (OK) in good standing.
• Preference will be given to candidates holding at least three additional state licenses in our current or upcoming markets.
• Relevant states include Arizona, California, Colorado, DC/District of Columbia, Florida, Illinois, Indiana, Kentucky, Maryland, Michigan, Missouri, Nevada, New Jersey, New York, North Carolina, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Tennessee, Texas, Virginia, Wisconsin, as well as Alabama, Arkansas, Louisiana, Massachusetts, Mississippi, Oregon, and Washington.
• RN Compact licensure is preferred. No DEA registration is required (We do not prescribe controlled substances).
• A minimum of one year of experience as a PMHNP, specifically working with the perinatal population.
• At least 6 months of experience in a telehealth setting.
• Strong understanding of mood and anxiety disorders, trauma-related conditions, and psychiatric care considerations during the perinatal and perimenopausal/menopausal periods.
• Committed to evidence-based practices to inform treatment plans and guide clinical care.
• An empathetic and intuitive listener with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Flexible and eager to grow in an early-stage startup, contributing to the development of workflows while ensuring high-quality mental health care.
• Proficient and comfortable with virtual platforms, electronic health records, and Google Suite, along with a willingness to learn new software quickly.
