This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Conduct psychiatric assessments and provide ongoing medication management for individuals of all ages (5 years and older).

• Create and execute evidence-based treatment strategies that align with the objectives of the patients.

• Prescribe and oversee psychotropic medications, assessing their effectiveness and monitoring for any side effects.

• Collaborate with primary care physicians and multidisciplinary teams to enhance comprehensive patient care.

• Address co-occurring disorders, including substance use, using a thorough and evidence-based methodology.

• Ensure timely and precise documentation within partner-site EHR systems to facilitate care continuity.

• Connect with patients through telehealth services to promote accessibility and equity in healthcare delivery.

⛳️ Requirements

• Active Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) license.

• Strong preference for licensure in the state of Texas.

• A minimum of three years of clinical experience in community-focused mental health environments.

• Dedication to full-time participation.

• Capability to independently manage complex cases while demonstrating sound clinical judgment.

• A strong enthusiasm for developing and evolving behavioral health programs that meet the needs of patients.

• Proficiency in telehealth platforms and digital tools to ensure effective remote engagement with patients.
