Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner – PMHNP

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Washington.

📋 Description

• Deliver both in-person and telehealth psychiatric services to adolescents (11+) and adults.

• Perform thorough psychiatric assessments and create tailored treatment plans.

• Prescribe and oversee medications, ensuring a strong focus on safety, effectiveness, and patient education.

• Keep timely and comprehensive clinical records in line with state regulations and practice standards.

• Engage in case discussions and collaborate with peers.

• Establish strong therapeutic relationships with patients from various backgrounds.

⛳️ Requirements

• Valid Washington PMHNP license and Washington furnishing number.

• Active or pending Washington DEA license.

• Over 2 years of experience in treating adolescents (ages 11–17) and adults.

• Experience in diagnosing and managing: ADHD, anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, and schizoaffective disorder.

• Comfort with delivering care in a hybrid model: both in-person and virtual.

• Proficient in using EHR and telehealth platforms.

• Fluency in Spanish is advantageous but not mandatory.
