This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.
β’ Perform comprehensive psychiatric evaluations, assessments, and diagnoses for children, adolescents, and young adults.
β’ Create individualized treatment plans and manage medications tailored to meet the specific needs of each patient.
β’ Dedicate the necessary time to engage with patients and their families, gaining insight into their experiences, educating them about treatment options, and offering continuous support.
β’ Track patient progress towards care objectives, modifying treatment plans as required to ensure favorable outcomes.
β’ Collaborate closely with therapists and other healthcare professionals to develop holistic treatment plans that consider the entire child's well-being.
β’ Provide consultation and educational resources to patients and their families, aiding them in understanding diagnoses, treatment alternatives, and how to support their child's mental health journey.
β’ Ability to commit to a minimum of 12 hours per week during peak "after school hours," which are defined as after 4 pm ET on weekdays or anytime during weekends.
β’ A Master's Degree from an accredited nursing program, PMHNP-BC certification, and at least one year of independent psychiatric experience under licensure.
β’ Current Pennsylvania PMHNP/CRNP/APN license, DEA license, and State Prescriptive Authority.
