Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner – PMHNP

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Jersey, +3 more states.

📋 Description

• Provide thorough psychiatric evaluations, treatment planning, and medication management for children, adolescents, and young adults.

• Perform evaluations, assessments, and medication management for individuals aged 2 to 26.

• Collaborate with therapists to develop treatment plans that target the underlying causes of behavioral issues.

• Guide parents and caregivers in navigating their child's mental health journey.

⛳️ Requirements

• Master’s Degree from an accredited nursing program.

• PMHNP-BC certification.

• Minimum of one year of independent psychiatric experience while under licensure.

• Current license in PA, VA, NJ, or MD (or a valid license from another state with a willingness to obtain these through Blackbird sponsorship).

• DEA license and State Prescriptive Authority.

• Availability to work during key after-school hours (after 4 pm ET) and/or weekends.
