📋 Description

• Perform high-quality, culturally sensitive virtual psychiatric evaluations and medication management sessions.

• Conduct comprehensive biopsychosocial assessments with a focus on holistic care and accurate diagnostic evaluations.

• Interact with patients via our collaboration portal.

• Collaborate with supervisors, colleagues, and on-campus treatment providers.

• Record clinical interactions to ensure efficient care coordination.

• Partner with our care navigation team to assist students effectively.

• Work together with campus care teams to develop long-term treatment strategies when required.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must possess a valid Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) license in Illinois. Multi-state licensing is beneficial as our services are available in all 50 states.

• Have over 1 year of experience in an outpatient community mental health environment.

• Proficient in addressing prevalent mental health issues among college students, including depression, anxiety, ADHD, and substance use disorders.

• Familiarity with culturally responsive treatment and experience working with diverse patient populations.

• Able to evaluate the urgency of escalating risk situations comfortably.

• Must have a high-quality video camera and a reliable internet connection to provide virtual care.
