This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona.

📋 Description

• Conduct psychiatric assessments and provide ongoing medication management for patients of all ages (5 years and older).

• Create and execute evidence-based treatment plans that are aligned with the objectives of the patients.

• Prescribe and oversee the administration of psychotropic medications, while monitoring for effectiveness and potential side effects.

• Collaborate with primary care clinicians and multidisciplinary teams to promote comprehensive patient care.

• Address co-occurring disorders, including substance use, utilizing a thorough, evidence-based methodology.

• Ensure timely and precise documentation within partner-site EHR systems to facilitate continuity of care.

• Utilize telehealth platforms to engage patients, ensuring equitable access to care delivery.

⛳️ Requirements

• Active Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) license.

• Strong preference for licensure in Arizona.

• Minimum of three years of clinical experience in community-focused mental health environments.
