This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama, +17 more states.
• Manages the preparation of vendor invoices, ensuring that a complete, accurate, and timely invoice package is submitted to the Accounts Payable Team for payment.
• Reviews invoices for any deficiencies.
• Monitors the progress of vendor invoices.
• Investigates and resolves any billing discrepancies and errors.
• Handles escalated issues related to vendor invoices.
• Documents departmental policies, procedures, and work instructions.
• Provides operational support to assigned teams.
• Submits requests for updates to provider demographics and credentialing within operating systems.
• Develops and maintains controls related to reporting and operational responsibilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is essential.
• A solid background in Medicare and Commercial processes is preferred.
• Strong understanding of National Ancillary programs is desirable.
• Familiarity with Accountable Relationship Tracker (ART) is preferred.
• A motivated, proactive self-starter who is results-oriented.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; able to engage with individuals at all levels.
• Experience with invoicing and accounts payable is highly beneficial.
• Capability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
• Proven ability to take ownership of tasks or projects and deliver exceptional results with minimal supervision.
• Demonstrated capacity to thrive in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment with stringent deadlines.
• Strong analytical skills.
