Provider Relations Coordinator I

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Manage incoming provider calls, accurately log information, and resolve issues with professionalism and efficiency.

• Oversee and reply to both internal and external emails while adhering to established service standards.

• Record and respond to voicemails within the defined service levels.

• Conduct outbound calls to assist providers with navigating the portal, verifying contact information, and confirming the receipt of request letters.

• Address chat inquiries from providers with precision and clarity.

• Elevate unresolved matters to management and ensure follow-up as necessary.

• Communicate and report any workflow or system challenges to leadership.

• Regularly meet quality and productivity benchmarks.

• Adhere to HIPAA regulations and maintain confidentiality in all interactions.

⛳️ Requirements

• Education: A high school diploma or equivalent is required.

• Experience:

• Prior experience in customer service or a high-volume call center is essential.

• Experience in healthcare is advantageous but not mandatory!

• Skills:

• Excellent verbal and written communication capabilities.

• Outstanding organizational and multitasking skills.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Outlook.

• Ability to thrive in a high-volume, fast-paced environment while utilizing various software applications.
