
Provider Recruiter – Temporary Assignment

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Design and implement innovative and effective strategies to identify, source, and engage high-quality Physician and Advanced Practice Provider candidates.
• Communicate the Hopscotch mission with enthusiasm and conviction to attract and retain exceptional talent.
• Oversee an assigned requisition load and manage the recruitment lifecycle from beginning to end, including applicant sourcing, resume evaluation, phone screenings, interview coordination, negotiations, and offer management.
• Collaborate with partners on recruitment, sourcing, staffing forecasts, talent planning, diversity initiatives, and internal movements.
• Work closely with internal stakeholders, hiring managers, and external vendors to fulfill talent needs.
• Create comprehensive sourcing strategies and conduct candidate sourcing across various channels.
• Deliver a top-tier recruitment experience for candidates and internal partners.
• Engage in recruitment events as necessary.
• Collaborate with Human Resources, Credentialing, IT, and other stakeholders for employee onboarding.
• Achieve established recruiting metrics and KPIs, including quality, cost, and cycle time.
• Participate in special projects and assist with other staffing requirements.
• Over 5 years of experience as an outstanding, full-cycle provider recruiter in a dynamic, fast-paced healthcare environment.
• Familiarity with primary care, family practice, and internal medicine settings.
• Demonstrated expertise in crafting creative and effective physician and advanced sourcing strategies using various channels.
• Proven ability to develop, communicate, and present a compelling employer brand to attract top candidates in a market where demand exceeds supply.
• Extensive knowledge of ATS systems, including posting job requisitions, tracking candidate activity, and ensuring 100% compliance with required data fields.
• Greenhouse ATS experience is preferred but not mandatory.
• Strong teamwork abilities, unquestionable integrity, and the experience, confidence, and presence to effectively navigate interpersonal relationships and sensitive HR matters.
