Provider Quality Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Utilize critical thinking and meticulous attention to detail in analyzing provider quality.

• Execute highly detailed credentialing tasks or similar responsibilities.

• Monitor specifics and manage multiple tasks while adhering to instructions.

• Communicate effectively both in writing and verbally.

• Operate remotely from a dedicated home office or a private workspace.

• Maintain concentration and meet performance standards during work hours from Monday to Friday.

• Comply with company policies and ensure consistent attendance.

• Connect via broadband internet that meets minimum speed specifications.

• Excellent attention to detail.

• Capability to multitask and follow directives accurately.

• Strong proficiency in both written and verbal communication.

• Familiarity with PC operations and Microsoft Office applications.

• Background in credentialing tasks or similarly meticulous work.

• Ability to navigate ambiguity effectively.

• Competence to work collaboratively as a team member as well as independently, showing initiative.

• Exceptional comprehension skills.

• A dedicated home office or private workspace that includes a door.

• Availability from Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

• Consistent attendance and punctuality.

• Broadband internet service with a minimum of 24 Mbps download and 8 Mbps upload speeds.
