Provider Onboarding Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Take charge of the onboarding journey: Assist providers from their initial contact through contracting, credentialing, and their first patient assignment, ensuring a smooth and supportive experience.

• Collaborate across teams: Work closely with Clinical Operations, Credentialing, and Care Coordination teams to ensure alignment on capacity requirements and onboarding schedules.

• Maintain visibility of the pipeline: Monitor metrics such as response rates, conversion rates, onboarding durations, and ramp-up progress to pinpoint trends and identify bottlenecks.

• Foster growth in the provider pipeline: Identify, engage, and build relationships with licensed therapists, psychologists, and clinical social workers within Sailor's target states.

• Ensure readiness for compliance: Confirm that all necessary documents are complete, accurate, and meet Sailor's standards.

• Improve the provider experience: Serve as a point of contact for new clinicians, swiftly addressing inquiries and ensuring they feel supported and enthusiastic about joining Sailor.
