📋 Description

• The Provider Network Strategy Specialist is tasked with analyzing, developing, and implementing strategies for network development to enhance and optimize the organization’s Value-Based Care (VBC) provider network.

• This position is pivotal in identifying gaps within the network, assessing provider opportunities, and facilitating strategic recruitment initiatives that align with both organizational and market goals.

• Reporting directly to the Senior Director of Operations, this role requires exercising independent judgment and discretion when evaluating network performance, prioritizing recruitment efforts, and proposing solutions that influence network adequacy, access, and value-based performance outcomes.

• The Specialist acts as a strategic collaborator with internal stakeholders and external providers, merging data-driven analysis, provider engagement, and operational execution to foster sustainable network growth while adhering to regulatory and value-based care standards.


⛳️ Requirements

• A bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, Finance, or a related discipline is required.

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in provider network development, healthcare operations, managed care, or a related area is necessary.

• Preferred experience includes provider relations, contracting, or network development.

• Proven experience in analyzing data and making recommendations that influence business or operational outcomes is essential.

• A valid driver’s license and the ability to travel within the service area is required.

• Demonstrated capability to apply independent judgment and discretion when assessing provider opportunities and network requirements.

• Strong analytical skills are required, with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies.

• Knowledge of provider network development, healthcare contracting, and value-based care models is necessary.

• Familiarity with CMS, Medicare, and Medicaid regulatory requirements is important.

• The ability to influence stakeholders and establish relationships with providers and internal partners is crucial.

• Excellent communication and presentation skills are required.

• Capability to manage multiple priorities and adapt in a fast-paced environment is necessary.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data/reporting tools is expected.
