Provider Network Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Idaho.

📋 Description

• Management, operation, direction, organization, and administration of hospital contracts.

• Ensuring network contracts deliver cost-effective outcomes.

• Fostering positive working relationships with contracted hospitals.

• Contracting and negotiating with the most complex providers.

• Auditing and monitoring the financial performance of assigned hospitals.

• Analyzing, reviewing, and forecasting the financial impact of contract arrangements.

• Maintaining effective communication with internal business partners.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 6 years of experience in provider contract management or network management.

• Knowledge of provider and hospital reimbursement methodologies.

• Experience in negotiating contract language or relevant experience.

• Required Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
