Provider Network Associate

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama, +12 more states.

📋 Description

• Utilize existing demographic data for current out-of-network providers to strategically recruit for network adequacy based on geography, specialty, or member demographics.

• Implement recruiting initiatives in designated expansion areas, guided by population demographics, healthcare needs, and competitor activities.

• Evaluate the capabilities, workflows, and staffing of potential providers to ensure compliance with access standards and quality of care requirements.

• Assist in developing targeted outreach strategies to attract top-quality providers in preferred specialties and locations.

• Conduct daily outreach and engage with prospective providers via phone calls, emails, and in-person meetings to communicate the advantages of joining the network.

• Record outreach activities and manage provider information within a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.

• Present the network to potential providers and assist new providers throughout the onboarding process.

• Engage in process improvement initiatives to streamline workflows and enhance the provider experience.

• Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.

• Perform additional duties as assigned.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or 4+ years of relevant experience.

• 3+ years of experience in provider healthcare recruiting and contracting.

• 1+ years of experience in provider relations, provider services, or provider recruiting, with a focus on cross-functional collaboration to drive growth and expansion in one or more geographic regions.
