This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ukraine.
• Take charge of the entire provider lifecycle — including sourcing, onboarding, performance management, and offboarding — with no handoffs involved.
• Daily monitoring of provider performance across metrics such as lead quality, volume, conversion rates, and refund rates, ensuring proactive actions are taken before revenue is affected.
• Early identification of quality issues and delivery drops with substantiating evidence, driving them to resolution rather than escalating.
• Encourage providers to enhance output and align with marketplace needs; publicly remove underperformers instead of retaining them.
• Establish and uphold a continuous pipeline of new providers to ensure ongoing supply growth, preventing any single provider from dominating the marketplace.
• Mitigate concentration risk by consistently expanding and diversifying the provider network.
• Negotiate terms, payouts, and SLAs that align provider incentives with the outcomes of the marketplace.
• Work closely with client-facing, product, and operations teams to ensure provider output aligns with actual demand.
• Monitor competitor supply movements and track provider transitions proactively to stay ahead of trends in your metrics.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience managing vendors, affiliates, partners, or external performance-based relationships, with a focus on revenue generation.
• Demonstrated success in holding external partners accountable to rigorous quality and delivery standards, beyond mere check-ins.
• Proficient in sourcing, evaluating, negotiating, and onboarding external partners from start to finish.
• Data-driven mindset — making decisions based on performance dashboards rather than intuition or vendor justifications.
• Highly organized individual capable of managing over 50 active provider relationships without losing track of any.
• Proficient in English (C1+); you will communicate with US-based providers daily, requiring clear and articulate messaging.
• AI-first mentality — if you aren't leveraging AI to enhance your sourcing, monitoring, and communication efforts, you may fall behind.
• Strong ownership and decision-making skills in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.
• Impact: Take ownership of the supply engine for a product-led, AI-driven marketplace where your decisions have a direct impact on revenue.
• Autonomy: Enjoy high ownership, minimal bureaucracy, and genuine authority over the provider network.
• Flexibility: Benefit from a remote-first culture with adaptable hours and asynchronous communication. A 4+ hour overlap with Asia/Dubai is required for weekly reviews.
• Compensation: Receive a competitive fixed base salary that exceeds the market average.
• Team: Become part of a smart, passionate team that operates swiftly, supports one another, and creates innovative solutions.
• Time Off: Enjoy 15 paid vacation days and 5 paid sick days each year.
• Growth: Take advantage of an unlimited learning policy, including funding for courses, books, and growth resources.
• AI-Heavy Environment: Work in an environment where AI is integrated into prospecting, research, and workflows.
• Ownership: Experience real decision-making authority and direct accountability for your results.
