This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.
• Guide, mentor, and nurture a team to achieve and surpass activity and output objectives.
• Take ownership of representative skill enhancement.
• Systematically analyze call and meeting recordings to provide constructive feedback.
• Manage the team's daily and weekly activity scorecard.
• Participate in a segment of the interview process for prospective hires.
• Over 1 year of experience in people management, leading a team of sales professionals (SDR, BDR, AE, or recruiters) in a fast-paced startup environment.
• Solid understanding of sales management principles, including pipeline cleanliness, input metrics, performance oversight, and representative development.
• Proven experience in recruiting, onboarding, and accelerating new sales personnel.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Familiarity with CRM data analysis (particularly Salesforce).
