Provider Field Representative

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Missouri.

📋 Description

• Perform virtual and on-site visits to healthcare provider locations to confirm enrollment details and ensure adherence to both state and federal Medicaid regulations.

• Assist healthcare providers throughout the site visit process, documenting findings, sharing results, and coordinating follow-up actions when corrective measures are necessary.

• Conduct educational sessions and training for providers on Medicaid policies, enrollment criteria, billing methods, and program-specific initiatives.

• Act as a reliable resource, helping providers navigate complex billing, policy, and operational inquiries while cultivating strong professional relationships.

• Actively engage with providers in your designated region to enhance provider satisfaction, support compliance initiatives, and encourage effective participation in Missouri Medicaid programs.

⛳️ Requirements

• Background in Medicaid, Medicare, managed care organizations, health insurance plans, or other areas of healthcare operations.

• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities, with a knack for effectively interacting with healthcare providers and key stakeholders.

• Comfortable presenting information and leading training sessions for both small and large groups.

• Must reside in Missouri and be prepared to travel throughout the state as necessary for provider visits and meetings.

• Preferred experience in provider relations, provider enrollment, healthcare billing, healthcare compliance, or healthcare policy.
