This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alaska, +6 more states.
β’ Review, process, and oversee Medicaid provider enrollment and revalidation applications.
β’ Ensure all application data is accurate, complete, and in compliance with Medicaid guidelines.
β’ Identify any missing or incomplete documentation and proactively follow up with providers to obtain necessary information.
β’ Maintain thorough and accurate records of application statuses, outreach efforts, and supporting documents.
β’ Effectively communicate with providers regarding application requirements, deficiencies, and subsequent steps.
β’ Collaborate with client representatives and internal leadership to address pending questions, escalations, or obstacles hindering application approval.
β’ Monitor assigned workload to guarantee timely processing and adherence to set turnaround times.
β’ Escalate complex issues or policy-related inquiries to leadership when appropriate.
β’ Uphold confidentiality and protect sensitive provider and organizational information.
β’ Engage in team meetings, training sessions, and initiatives for process improvement.
β’ Assist with additional duties as assigned.
β’ High school diploma or equivalent is required; some college education is preferred.
β’ 1β3 years of experience in healthcare administration, Medicaid enrollment, claims processing, or similar transaction-based roles is preferred.
β’ Proficient in Microsoft Office and data entry systems.
β’ Experience with Medicaid guidelines or provider enrollment systems is highly desirable.
β’ Strong attention to detail and ability to review documents for accuracy and compliance are preferred.
β’ Excellent written and verbal communication skills are preferred.
β’ Ability to manage multiple applications simultaneously and achieve productivity goals is preferred.
β’ Flexible work schedule with start times between 7:45 AM and 8:30 AM MST.
