Provider Enrollment Quality Assurance

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Execute intricate standard and non-standard processing, quality assessments, analyses, audits, reconciliations, and reporting tasks to support outsourced services while retaining expertise across various work processes.

• Utilize knowledge of client operations and market conditions to pinpoint issues, propose and implement workflow enhancements, and facilitate efficient and effective transaction processing.

• Investigate and resolve operational challenges, collaborate with management and clients on solutions, and assist in executing approved process modifications.

• Contribute to the development, documentation, and upkeep of standard operating procedures while ensuring adherence to company confidentiality, security, and policy mandates.

• Offer leadership and mentorship to team members through training, task delegation, activity oversight, scheduling coordination, workload prioritization, and continuous support of operational goals.

⛳️ Requirements

• High school diploma or GED is mandatory.

• At least 2 years of experience in provider enrollment, healthcare operations, or quality assurance is required.

• Proficient in provider enrollment systems and claims processing platforms.

• Strong expertise in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel (e.g., pivot tables, formulas) for data analysis and reporting purposes.

• Familiarity with healthcare compliance standards and regulatory guidelines (e.g., CMS, state, and federal regulations).
