
Provider Engagement Specialist β Field

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina.
β’ Establish and nurture collaborative relationships with providers and their personnel to foster growth, retention, and enhance performance.
β’ Collaborate with providers to elevate performance on key performance indicators (KPIs).
β’ Conduct initial onboarding for providers and offer continuous educational support.
β’ Assist in creating training and educational materials and tools.
β’ Develop provider in-service and implementation packets.
β’ Facilitate and act as the primary point of resolution for provider-related issues.
β’ Represent Alignment Health at provider meetings, training sessions, and community events.
β’ Document meeting minutes and action items as required.
β’ Regularly utilize, update, and maintain departmental databases and tracking tools.
β’ 2 years of relevant experience and/or training; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
β’ Required experience in provider relations/contracting with an HMO or IPA, medical group, or institutional provider.
β’ B.A./B.S. degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
β’ Bilingual in English and Spanish (preferred).
β’ Highly organized, detail-oriented, and a proactive self-starter.
β’ Strong analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving abilities.
β’ Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
β’ Proven relationship-builder and team player.
β’ Strong presentation skills with the ability to effectively address diverse audiences.
β’ Proficient in the MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
β’ Mileage and travel expenses reimbursed in accordance with company policy.
