Provider Engagement Specialist – Field

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina.

📋 Description

• Establish and nurture collaborative relationships with providers and their personnel to foster growth, retention, and enhance performance.

• Collaborate with providers to elevate performance on key performance indicators (KPIs).

• Conduct initial onboarding for providers and offer continuous educational support.

• Assist in creating training and educational materials and tools.

• Develop provider in-service and implementation packets.

• Facilitate and act as the primary point of resolution for provider-related issues.

• Represent Alignment Health at provider meetings, training sessions, and community events.

• Document meeting minutes and action items as required.

• Regularly utilize, update, and maintain departmental databases and tracking tools.

⛳️ Requirements

• 2 years of relevant experience and/or training; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

• Required experience in provider relations/contracting with an HMO or IPA, medical group, or institutional provider.

• B.A./B.S. degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.

• Bilingual in English and Spanish (preferred).

• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and a proactive self-starter.

• Strong analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving abilities.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Proven relationship-builder and team player.

• Strong presentation skills with the ability to effectively address diverse audiences.

• Proficient in the MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
