Provider Contracting Professional – Dental Network

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama, +3 more states.

📋 Description

• Initiates, negotiates, and finalizes dental provider contracts and agreements for the organization.

• Communicates terms of contracts, payment frameworks, and reimbursement rates to providers.

• Evaluates the financial implications of contracts and associated terms.

• Maintains contracts and associated documentation within a tracking system.

• Aids in identifying and recruiting providers based on the composition and needs of the network.

• Makes decisions regarding personal work methods, sometimes in ambiguous situations.

⛳️ Requirements

• 2 - 5 years of experience in negotiating managed care contracts with physicians, hospitals, and/or other provider agreements.

• Strong ability to analyze, comprehend, and convey the financial implications of contract terms, payment structures, and reimbursement rates to providers.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

• Capability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.

• Proficiency in MS Office applications.

• Valid state driver's license and evidence of personal vehicle liability insurance.
