This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee and maintain precise compensation databases and records to guarantee that providers receive compensation in line with their employment agreements.
• Conduct research, analysis, and interpretation of data to determine compensation for providers based on their encounter productivity.
• Collaborate with the Payroll Department to ensure timely and accurate payments in accordance with state and federal regulations.
• Effectively communicate with other departments and providers to clarify compensation processes and address payroll inquiries.
• Contribute to improvements in processes that enhance the efficiency and transparency of compensation and productivity management for all stakeholders.
• Deliver reporting and insights to leadership to assist in business decision-making and enhance provider satisfaction.
• A Bachelor's degree is required; a background in accounting, finance, payroll, or a related field is preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with meticulous attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel at an advanced level — this is essential.
• A mindset geared towards process improvement: you identify inefficiencies and strive to resolve them.
• Familiarity with healthcare data or experience in a healthcare operations environment is advantageous, though not mandatory.
• Capability to manage sensitive, complex information with professionalism and discretion.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills — you can explain numerical data to individuals who may not be familiar with spreadsheets.
